Cleanociti operates under a 48-hour cancellation window. Should you need to cancel within this timeframe, you will receive credit for the cancelled appointment. This credit will be applied to your account, allowing you to use it at your convenience for future cleaning services.
Ahead of the 48 Hour Window
Should you opt to cancel your appointment before the 48-hour mark, you are entitled to an immediate full refund.
