What is included in Standard Clean?
Do’s:

  • Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, microwave, stove top, )

  • All exterior surfaces in all rooms

  • Floors are mopped and vacuumed

  • Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)

  • Bedroom (shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed}

  • Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, and vents, baseboards, and window sills


Don’ts:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost).

  • All exterior surfaces in all rooms

  • The additional time allotted for deep cleaning enables a more thorough and meticulous approach to the aforementioned Do’s.

This package is our most thorough, encompassing four out of the seven additional services we provide, which can be added to any service level. These extras comprise cleaning the inside of the oven, fridge, cabinets, and all windows. The aim of this cleaning is to restore the home to its original state, making it ready for new tenants.
Cleaning “green” for a cleaning service provider refers to the practice of using products and processes that do not have harmful effects on people and on the environment. Green cleaning is an optional add-on service and can be included with your booking.
While our cleaners strive to deliver outstanding service, there are limitations to what we can offer or guarantee. We prioritize liability, safety, and always maintaining the highest quality standards. If you have any doubts about your cleaning or any item listed below, please don't hesitate to contact us for further discussion! With that in mind, here are the services we do not provide:
• We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)
• No lifting or moving heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)
• No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.
• We are happy to load your dishwasher but cannot replace dishes in cupboards once complete. We don’t want to break anything.
• Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.
• Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery.
• Cleaning exterior windows.
• Cleaning Mini Blinds. Our cleaners are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.
• Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.) Again, we will do our best.
• Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.
• Cleaning light bulbs.
• Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes.
• Removing excess paint from surfaces.
• Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We do not want to potentially damage your paint!
We don't charge a fee for rescheduling provided it's done at least 48 hours before your initial booking. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy

For homes with one, two, or three bedrooms, we will send one cleaner. However, for homes with four bedrooms or more, we assign a team of two cleaners.
Our customer support team operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, you can schedule your services at any time, day, or night, using our booking page available round the clock. We offer cleaning services 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If our service does not meet your expectations, kindly inform us within 24 hours. We will send a team to address the issue within a 7-day timeframe. Please note that we do not issue refunds.
No Problem! Due to the time it takes to clean up pet hair, there is an extra charge per pet.
Note: Consider leaving your pets in the guest room or a lesser-used room in your home that can go without cleaning every time. Secure your pets in their kennel if they use one. If the weather is right, keep your pets outside in a safe, shady, fenced-in spot while your cleaners are working inside. Just be sure there is access to food and water, so your pets are comfortable. Cleanociti is not responsible for your pets!
