1. Introduction
Cleanociti ("we," "us," "our") specializes in cleaning residential and commercial spaces. Our services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, commercial/office cleaning, and customized cleaning plans tailored to your needs.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment, using our services, or interacting with our website (www.cleanociti.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Services
We offer a variety of cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. Specific service details, pricing, and availability can be found on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
4. Communication via Email and Text Messaging
4.1 Opt-In
By scheduling an appointment via our website, you agree to opt-in to receive emails and text messages from Cleanociti. This includes, but is not limited to, appointment confirmations, reminders, marketing messages, and customer care notifications.
Opt-In Workflow: When you schedule an appointment on our website, you will be presented with an option to receive text messages. By selecting this option and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text communications from Cleanociti. You will receive a confirmation text to verify your opt-in status, ensuring that you are subscribed to receive future messages.
4.2 Types of Messages
Appointment Confirmations: After scheduling an appointment, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming the details of your appointment.
Reminders: We may send reminders prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you are prepared for our visit.
Marketing: Occasionally, we may send promotional messages, special offers, and updates about our services.
Customer Care: You may receive emails and/or text messages related to customer support inquiries or issues.
Account Notifications: These emails and/or text messages will include information about your account, such as updates to your service plan or payment notifications.
4.3 Opt-Out
If you wish to opt-out of receiving text messages, you can do so at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. You may also contact our customer service team to opt-out.

6. Service Limitations and Guidelines
6.1 Use of Equipment: Our cleaning technicians are restricted to using ladders no higher than two steps for safety reasons. They are also unable to move heavy furniture or objects.
6.2 Handling Regulations: In compliance with OSHA regulations, our staff will not handle any form of animal or human waste, including vomit, blood, or bodily fluids.
6.3 Hygiene Standards: Due to concerns about cross-contamination and sanitation, we are unable to clean properties with live infestations (e.g., maggots, fleas, roaches, bedbugs) until the issue is resolved.
6.4 Mold and Mildew: We do not remove excess mold and mildew outside of shower areas.
6.5 Smoking Policy: To maintain a smoke-free environment conducive to cleaning, we request that smoking of any kind does not occur inside homes while our technicians are present.
7. Keys
For security, we request clients provide a lockbox for their house key. Our team will return the key to the lockbox after cleaning. Cleanociti is not liable for any damages or theft if a door is left unlocked or a key is placed in an unsecured location.
8. Holidays
Cleanociti does not provide services on holidays. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. The following holidays are observed:
- Juneteenth Independence Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Black Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
9. Non-Solicitation of Cleanociti Independent Cleaning Technicians
When entering into an agreement for services with Cleanociti, you agree not to solicit for hire any independent cleaning technician introduced to you by Cleanociti for any home-related services. We invest significant time, money, and resources in finding, interviewing, checking references, and conducting background checks on our technicians. Upon contracting, each independent cleaning technician signs an agreement barring them from performing any home-related services for any of our past or present customers. However, if you wish to contract directly with a technician, please discuss this matter with our office. If you are found to have solicited one of our independent cleaning technicians, please be advised that our referral fee is $3,500 per hired contractor. We consider our technicians our most valuable asset and charge accordingly.
10. Scheduling and Cancellations
10.1 Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting our customer service team. We will confirm your appointment via text message or email.
10.2 Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may do so. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a full charge, which is non-refundable. For further details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
11. Payments
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning. We accept payments exclusively via electronic credit cards on our website. Detailed payment information can be found on our website or provided by our customer service team.
12. Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services, Cleanociti is responsible for any damage or loss caused directly by our cleaning staff. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the damaged item, or the equivalent value, at our discretion. Cleanociti is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items of sentimental or irreplaceable value.
13. Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
